I hear you on qualifications.....
It is a problem I am hearing frequently.
My wife is in the medical field, managing a optical practice.
Can’t get good help.
Ditto with Boeing.
I was in production, hands on....
The people they brought in were sad.
I see this in the service sector as well.
Are things just too good?
Or is it that the crop is bad?
Were are now starting to feel the full effect,
of the under-educated students.
All because the Principals Secretaries, assistant secretary, needs a new assistant Secretary.
The money raised through higher taxes, did NOT, go to educating the student,
but to a new, assistant Secretary, to the, Principals Secretaries, assistant Secretary, assistant Secretary.
The, ’Teaching of the Test’, that goes on, JUST, to get higher funding.
(Not at all about learning)
It will take a generation to change this.
Another great, ultra-Liberal idea, that has come to a utter failure.
