Yet another breaking news story that turned out to be fake. At least in this one the perpetrator admitted to flat out lying. But don't worry. when this Trump thing is over, CNN will have Lanny back on.

So as long as the lie perpetuated the ongoing witch hunt, the left has no concern for press credibility? How many of these "news" stories have been false now? Remember the Mueller has subpoenaed Trump's banking info from Deutsche? I remember 2 days of that, but turned out the "unnamed" source was wrong, it was Mannafort's banking info I believe in relation to his crimes from years ago.

I remember a conspiracy discussion one time about John Hinckley's family and his connection to the Bush family regarding the Reagan assassination attempt.

My point was it wasn't a surprise there was a connection between the two families because they were both heavily involved in the oil industry ad both located in Texas. Actually it would be a surprise if they didn't have any connections.

Point is, if you investigate any large organization or for that matter, a national political campaign (and major Senatorial races are de facto national in scope) you'd find a long list of crimes, some only technical violations, others major. That's why these investigations are political.  Imagine if you used the same scrutiny towards the Clinton Foundation,,,, when done, it would no doubt need to be renamed the Clinton Crime Foundation.

The fact is - the trump tower meeting happened.  The purpose of the meeting was lied about - more than once and by both trump and jr.

Again, put a democrat in that position and watch the heads of the GOP explode.

There was no special counsel with wide ranging powers to subpoena and indict. Fact is; we'll never know. All we know is when Hilary lost, the level of foreign donations fell into the abyss. Its pretty clear once they realized she had no power to deliver on their behalf, (as she may have done in the past....) they were done with The Clinton Crime Foundation.

Don't worry old son, he's got a way to go before he even gets to one percent of Trump's continual lying. Why not start a thread about that much more relevant, Lanny's a nobody the lying Trump is running your country.

Talking about countries, did you hear the one about a reporter at his golf club asked Trump if he was a city member or a country member, and he replied 'I'm a country member', and the reporter replied, 'yes I remember'.

oh btw, could there be anything more TDS than posting some vague 'lanny lied', without saying what the lie was or posting any link or context. I mean that would be the very definition of TDS. And a few other choice epithets as well!
