We had the same issue in Colorado.

 Also since its cash only at retail, they literally ran out of space to hold the physical money.  We were tasked with helping more than one bank create a safe transfer and location for the money.  

 One location had Xerox paper boxes full of cash banded and stuffed into all the cabinets in the breakroom, and conference room.  We took Tupperware containers full out of another.
