We have brought up questionable source information repeatedly and while it is typically ignored it was established on the last one that the criteria for accuracy is to be exclusively content related and not source related.

That is unless of course the information is not what certain people want to hear, then the source is part of the equation. But in this case we should look strictly at the accuracy of the article itself, so good luck finding corroborating evidence because these types of articles typically won't cite their evidence for people to cross-reference.

In this case the question will be what part of the article itself is inaccurate?

Didn't a major reporter whose articles were published in virtually every major publication (not to mention CNN) just get fired when it was discovered he made up sources and stories that confirmed his left leaning ideology? Wasn't he named journalist of the yesr? Hmmm... If you hadn't hesrd that before, I wonder why?

I agree with this but I do not think the quantitative values are the same. For instance when CNN, or most modern American "mainstream" news outlets make a false or mistaken statement or release of information it is usually quickly fact checked and found false or accurate easily.

This is due to release of source information in most cases, however other means of verification are utilized.

Some however release statements only with zero source information, making the verification of statements difficult if not impossible. This only delays the inevitable proving of incorrect information, and quite simply some news sources produce unverifiable and inaccurate stories on a regular basis, as in weekly or daily.

So yes there is bias, and yes all news sources will fail to provide absolute accurate information but some just cater to their viewership numbers and lie consistently or at a minimum never bother to fact-check before they release information.
