Yep....unfortunately I have bought a lot of LED's looking for good ones.....and I have weeded out most of the bad.

The best affordable is the one from Superbright LED.  It is compact, bright, has a good beam pattern and is well made.

I spent a lot of money on a Cyclops......I am not sure it works any better or puts out any more light than the ones from Sperbright LED, and it is bulkier as it has the driver unit in with lead wire.  If your headlight bucket is sealed and gets no air flow....this one may be better as the light has a fan to move air around.

My car uses H4 bulbs - so a lot of the long term/durability testing I have done has been in my car.  The cheaply made LED bulbs can have really poor light patterns (they make really uneven patterns with bright/dim areas), they can shine a lot of light to the sides and very little very far down the road, and they can burn out far sooner than the 30,000 hour life that is claimed.  (I believe that if any testing is done by the folks that make the cheap LED bulbs - it is in controlled environments with no vibrations, ideal cooling, and a lack of rain or being stored outdoors in damp conditions).

The LED headlights I have bought from Superbright work very well and are a big improvement over the stock bulbs.

They should fit just fine......the Cyclops may be a bit of a problem as it has a separate driver you need to make room for - but I think that even it will fit with careful packing.
