I must be just a bit too "high brow" to fit into this group.

I can't grow a beard, my hair is short, I don't have a tattoo, I don't drink my liquor from the bottle......and I am not a fan of riding my clean bikes on gravel.

I really like weekends with less partying and a lot more riding on curvy paved road......just sayin!

I think it's cool that they like to celebrate their bikes and friendships, but I'm too old (and bald) for that crowd. I'm sure I've downed a beer or two next to some of these guys at the Cleveland Fuel event and I'm pretty sure they are a cool bunch of guys though.

Yeah, I'm all about hanging out with good friends but not my cup of tea. This looks like one of those places where you might show up with short hair, clean clothes, no tattoos, all your teeth, no beard, and sober....and leave a few days later with dirty clothes, disheveled hair and a beard, 2-3 tattoos, missing a tooth, and a pickled liver.

Ride around, rinse and repeat. The Getdown looks to be a small crowd of people professing their "sameness".

I know that I would not blend well into this group, and I often find that I don't blend well into a lot of motorcycle cults. I am not a "hard core biker", and when the beer drinking leather clad V-Twin group is the focus....I seldom can find anyone to chat with. Pretty much the same scenario with the crotch rocket, underbody lights and extended swing arm crowd. The custom art bike, tattoo, beard fellows that create bikes that can't be ridden are not on my same wave length.....seems like an awful lot of potentially cool bikes are taken off the street and turned into static art.

I do fit in pretty well with the folks who like to ride and are not all that concerned about what they are riding.....they are just out to have a good time enjoying the hills, curves and scenery!
