Yeah, and you wonder about the company employing him.  Maybe they didn't realize he was racking up offenses?  I guess if the DMV didn't put it together across different states, how are they supposed to know???

I was thinking drugs, but hey didn't charge him with OVI at the scene, and I think he was arrested before they could have processed a toxicology report.
