Modified Pulley Spacer

Well, here goes.
Using the drawing DBM provided, I just cut down my first spacer. Dave gave me a few, I had one. Bought one.
So, I have 5.
Can cut them all up if there is a demand/need/want.
I'm sure they'll fit in the cheapo Priority box.
So, maybe $25 each, with shipping?
Send your original back.
Any takers?

I have a ryca and on the backroads it hovers between 2-3 gears. Chain gearing would be easy but, I would like to keep a belt. So that is the problem.

Hey Matchless,
If you dig through Dave's posts, you'll see his documentation of the problems in the sprocket carrier. Basically, after a bunch of miles, the carrier develops play (wobble). Dave came up with one solution involving machining the carrier, and installing a shim/bushing. DragBikeMike came up with another solution involving using a double row bearing. To use the wider bearing, the left side spacer must be machined.
So, these spacers are for the bikes using the wider bearing.
Doesn't matter if you are running a belt or chain.

I have enough to send out, but I'll need more to modify. So, either send the stocker up front, or send it to me after you install the modified one.
