Is it too early to know where Covid19 is going and determine if we can go to Arkansas in September?

If I can get a room/cabin with private bathroom then Marcia will join me with the Guzzi V7II , if -its only a camp site ... I'll be on my own ridding the Savage .
But
Either way , I'd really like to go "Ride around the Ozarks" for a week ,
Its only a days ride (482 miles) to get there and I've never been.

I'm not worried about keeping up ridding double anymore.
On the CMAUSA trip (32 people - 4th of July weekend) when we got to the Dragon , not even our hot-rod guys on their 1800cc GoldWings could keep up with me and Marcia on the 750cc-Guzzi .

One guy on a 107CI Harley told me he couldn't go any faster because his bike had so much HP the back tire wouldn't hold traction. Roll Eyes

I didn't laugh in his face , but it was all I could do not to embarrass him. At one point I was behind him ridding my brakes , so now I can tell the story about "Wearing my brakes out (ridding double) while behind a 107 Harley (ridding single) with so much HP it couldn't go any faster !" Wink

I wish OldFeller could have been there to share their lunches with , I remember "He just Loves Pork" Grin

The campground where we stayed has cabins, and the ones with bathrooms are $64 a night.

This place is downtown in Jasper, and is nice.....but more expensive.

There may be other hotels/cabins and places on TripAdvisor or AirbNB.

The roads in the area are really fun to ride - no matter how many HP you have!

Don't go with nearly worn out tires - the roads are a bit hard on tires when it is hot and you are riding double!

Its been my experience that lodging Sunday thru Thursday night are sometimes better priced than Friday-Saturday nights.
But
Everybody isn't retired , so ...

So lets do some review .

Who needs to span over the weekend and what days can you :" Take the Bike for a Three Day Ride" - or more days even.

Mike : Every day but Sunday is Saturday for me , so I'm OK with anything.
