Our mornings here in KY have dropped down into the 40's a few times. Dark is not setting in by 7:30 PM and daylight doesn't come around until after 7:30 AM.

Hay Guys ,

I'll be going to the air port to pick-up my young Airman the 20-something of Oct.

After that I'll be tied to something that can haul 3 people for any adventure. He'll be here for a month , then its off to North-East California for two years.

But

That leaves two weeks between now and then.

I can find some neat places to go visit for day rides ! Wink

Let us watch the weather for the days around October 15 - 18....give or take a day.

If the weather is dry enough for me to ride down, ride for a couple days and then ride home.....that could work.

If the weather is a bit iffy for the travel days - then maybe I could trailer the Cafe' bike down if there are a couple dry days in a row.

I found an article about Moto-Guzzi I will send you. Among other things it tells what a Heron Head is. The bottom of the head is flat without any combustion chamber......the combustion chamber is in the top of the pistons!

Anyone else interested in Ridding Southern Middle Tn. for a few days and Cooking out every night ?

I might have found why the clutch is so hard to pull ? As understand it ... the clutch push-rod is hollow with a ball stuck in the end of it ? If the ball works its way past the socket it gets into the hollow rod and things get difficult ?
I'm , so not wanting to pull the motor to get into the clutch area ! Undecided

The Lady at the mall food court shared that with me . I was telling her how good her rice was and asked her how to do it.

Its looking like our Air-Man from South Korea will be at the airport sometime the 21st of Oct. Only 14 more days .

Marcia and I are taking a day ride today for a lunch date about 1.5 hrs away. To some little country store she seen on another ride ?

I've still got hay on the ground from last week. Yea , there was so much moister in the air it wouldn't roll last Thursday or Friday. Maybe Wednesday I can get it to roll up , maybe even Tuesday ? It has to be dry and the sun shinning too !

Looks like were in for some GREAT WEATHER !

I'll think up some day rides for Thursday -Sunday , and some menu items too ! Wink

I could save some hay to rake if anybody want to come Wednesday ? Its almost as much fun to drive a tractor as it is a motorcycle. Grin
