Looking for a Drive Belt 1995 Savage

I need a new drive belt as the PO of the Bike i'm restoring, somehow took about a quarter size or larger chunk out of the existing.  I have no idea how this could have been done?

Reply if you have one that is decent.  Mine has 21,000 miles on it so anything less would be an upgrade.
