First spring ride!
04/18/20 at 06:24:00

I did my first spring ride today, it was 10 centigrades and a lot of sun.
One need only good clothings and a big thumper, both is important but the later make it a yoy ride! Smiley

Justin probably have an Texan accent, but I deninitly have an Swedish accent, and a bad spelllng to that?
In any case, I think that you guys/gals understand my wrighting anyhow, we are Savage/S40 bikers/owners, and we have an common cause in Savage/S40, and riding bikes!

Too that, I did another ride to day.. about 15 centigrades, a lot of sun, many bikers out there on the road! I foloved a guy and probably his girlfried on smaler roads, then I didnt need to look att the spedometer that much!
The only corncern that I have is that the speedometer is situated to low, I have to lower my eys to much. On the other hand, Im usely follow the cars and ceeping a god distance to them!
At least, it was a several hours ride, at least two hours?
And at last, Scandinvian biker do it att lower temperatur!

Several of us cannot resist the temptation make jokes - even bad ones!

Let me get out my calculator and convert to Fahrenheit.

15 C is 59 F.  10C is 50F.

Those are both very temperatures that I would ride at - although I would dress for it and likely not go for extended rides until the temperature was up near 20C (70F).  Sitting still on a bike for hours on end is far more enjoyable when you aren't chilled.

Very true,, but as time goes by, youll start to KNOW how fast its going by knowing what gear youre in and the sound of the motor
You wont have to look at the speedometer to know when its time to shift

Anyone who misspells faster than most people speak , is a obvious sign of above average I.Q. In other words you are too proficient at it for it not to be just bad spelling. Kinda like writing music without a instrument in hand.
It was just odd to see you not do it !

When I found out the guy is from Sweden I thought my spelling might be a challenge for him,and I want to make it easy on our foreign friends.
You Murcans can just sukk it up and interpret the mangled mess I put out.

Im alredy learned that, Im and öld biker, even if it was 20 years befor, mostly I folow the cars, then I dont need to look att the speedometer! And if im alone on the road, I got the feeling some sort. And to that Im 64+ and a bit careful!
Becuse Im learned that 20 years whitout biking make one have to learn the skills again!
In any case, my old time biker friends drive HD, Dukati or Triumph.. you guys/gals is a bit responsepbly that I fell in love whit Suzuki Savage, and Im not complaining a bit! A god forum, thanks to all, and its fun to talk to you all!
At least.. Im probably gonna get on a low time permitation,, its spring, I got my Savage, I only lose some percetage of my salary! Its almoste a good situation?
