I watched and believe there is a lot of truth to what is said......Harley has continued to refine the V-twin engine and make it better - but a monstrous 800 pound V-Twin just isn't what I want in a motorcycle.  Whenever I come up behind a big Harley and I see that huge primary drive and clutch housing hanging off the left side of the bike.......I wonder why they continue to build bikes just like they did 100 years ago! The V-Rod engine was a great step forward - it is a shame that engine wasn't offered in a chassis that was more appealing.

In the 70's Harley tried to expand their market and offered some 2 stroke dirt bikes and the Sprint as a scrambler - perhaps if they had continued to expand their market they would not be in the situation they are right now.

I have grown to like twin engines - but in the parallel and boxer arrangement.

Or, you could get one of these...but this might be an accident waiting for a place to happen?

A Harley is always a Harley.. its kind of the starting of cruiser bike style!
Its kind of RR or Bently in Europe for our bikers.
But I dont need a Bently or a Harley anyway, its to expensive, both.
I dont care about there shareholders, they probably gonna survive anyhow?

And to that.. our belowed Susuki LS 650/S40 is shaped to look like a Harley.. I say just that.
Every other brands got some sort of bike that looks lika a Harley, but on another price!
Its this.. Harley is the mother of crusing bikes, they have competitions, they are not left alone on the market any more!
