I took an entire day and got this cylinder head ready to bolt on.  The cylinder head was pressure washed to remove all grease/oil, the valves were removed and cleaned.  Then I opened up the exhaust port to the "D" shape that DragBikeMike found to be the best for flow.  All gasket surfaces were cleaned and check for flatness, new Viton valve stems seals were installed.  The rockers are WebCam hardweld - one is new and one have a few thousand miles on it from my bike.  I will be installing a new oil seal on the decompression shaft as soon as it arrives.

The price without a cam and shipped to anywhere in the mainland 48 states is $380....cheaper than you can buy a dirty head off eBay.  (You are buying a head and an entire day of my labor).  If you want a cam add $150 for a stock cam.  I also have some performance cams that are new from Lancer.  The performance cams are $299 from me or you can get one directly from Lancer.....with a $100 core charge until you send back a usable core.

The head and head cover is in really good shape - the head cover was bead blasted and has a new coat of ceramic engine paint.
