Back when I was a young teen (late '60's), some neighbor kids and I had small motorcycles that we rode in area fields and woods. One kid had a clapped out Suzuki 80cc 2-stroke scrambler. He could back it up,  bump start it and the engine would run backwards. 2-strokes are funny animals.
