Lectron carbs have been around for a very long time - but for some reason they have not ever been universally accepted. I know that Harley riders have tried them as the flat slide would allow the carb to stick less than a round slide carb.

It appears they need to use a high idle speed.....maybe with the large Savage cylinder size they could idle in the 1,100 rpm range.

The kit with the Domino throttle would also require you to do something with the electrical controls on your right handlebar......it would likely be easier to make a throttle cable to fit your existing right throttle control.
