I was looking for something that wouldn't make me look so fat..   Ended up making me look like a fat gnome..   Embarrassed

I could put my feet down almost flat, which was a surprise.

Very interesting motorcycle.

There are two FACTORY places to mount the control pegs.
The ones in the picture are in the forward position and can be moved to one of 3 positions (forward/backward) over a range of about 2 inches.
The mid position puts the peg just about below the rear cylinder.  Those have two different sets of mounting holes, vertical difference about 1/2 inch.

ABS
Traction Control
Highly adjustable shocks, front and rear.
Shaft drive

Windscreen is useless.
Grips way too small.

Oh.. and the engine.  2458cc ..

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut between the seat and the handlebars. Make sure yours isn't too tight or too loose.

It's 99% the rider unless you are getting paid big money to win races.  Even then, it's not the bike they are interested in.   Wink

My wife would probably tell you that my interest in motorcycles was the least attractive part of me. haha

There are an awful lot of bikes that I believe would be fun to ride - but I don't want to own!

A fellow needs to leave a bit of space in the garage and some money in his wallet for the "keeper" that can come along at any moment!

wow !   2500cc   Shocked

you would get great fuel mileage with that  Grin

..............

I'm at the library again , still ain't got the "FORBIDDEN" done away with yet .

I'm having thoughts about which bike to bring.
The Savage is running REALLY GOOD
Kate is getting the New rear tire when I get home today
And the Guzzi is always ready.

I kinda want to bring the Savage this time , ridding double or not.    I"ll get Marcia to take a ride with me on it next week and ask her how she feels about it when we get back home ?
