Suzuki Moto GP: Fast bike, unstable rider?

Suzuki had the the bike to win 2021 GP championship this year, with the exception of 1 thing: a rider that can stay on the bike ! For the 6th time this year, Alex Rins has fallen off again, at Valencia, in a position to either win or podium.
Very disheartening for team and fans.
Imagine you are the bike's engineer, the bike is a winner, you've done your job, but the rider keeps falling off! (mostly low-sides). Hair-pulling time!
ps: worse: Rins has a year left on contract !
