So, Im having issues with a pit-posse puller and was wondering if anyone has come across this issue with their puller?
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here? I've gotta assume operator error on my part, but I could be wrong! At this point I'm really scratching my head because of the measurements, it should be working?

Re-install the center bolt to take up the space.
Don't tighten it all the way, maybe leave a 1/4" gap.
