Yeah,, that holds water.. He WAS on the FBI list. Was that an accident? Well, witnesses put him in the same place as some people who are in jail, awaiting reasonable bail or that speedy trial.
Maybe if they had just gone in in the proven way, the Mostly Peaceful way, they would be released without bail. Because, equal justice, what a joke.
