I watch this woman speak on a lot of science issues.
It's not at all one sided,... but what struck me unaware was that if the world went nuclear we would only have about 10 or 15 years of Uranium. Considering the cost,... not feasible.

I posted about this a couple days ago.

This is what the climate change congregation is preventing. The ongoing R&D to develop and commercialize equipment like this. We need more of this. Pushing the envelope and developing technologies that provide energy for the future, not ridiculous wind mills and solar panels. Keep burning fossil fuels until these are developed and ready to go.

And the objection about storage is an excuse. Just freaking store it. 100 years from now, we’ll have a space elevator and we can just shoot it back to the sun.

All this talk about wind and solar conveniently ignores all the issues with the hazardous materials used to make them and what to do when they’re trashed. Let’s do the same and build nuke plants FFS….

Not really, their are too any lawsuits holding things up. There are two permanent storage facilities in the US: WHIP and Yucca Mountain. Yucca Mountain isn't being used at all. Other factors include how are you going to get it there across the country? Are you going to need an escort? Really, someone can make some really bad things out of this stuff. What grade fuel is being used. Some of this stuff is sitting in tanks about ground rotting away.
