I'm no expert, but I heard they have Required attendance get togethers. They don't necessarily have a calendar with all of them listed. Things can come up. You may be someone at work who they can't get along without, and you tell the boss you Have to go somewhere for a few days? I'd rather live where they have a HOA,and I would never do that.
