Clearance needed between rear tire and fender?
10/09/22 at 22:57:43
On stock rear shocks and tire size, does anyone have a number for the minimum distance needed between the fender and the tire? I'm planning on replacing rear fender and seat, and don't want the tire to hit the fender if bottoming out.
(Going hardtail is not an option for me.)
Update:
Found this on the very last page of the owner's manual.
"Rear Wheel Travel: 80 mm /3.1 in"
I guess that about answers it.
