I'd have to disagree that no violent rhetoric from the left saw a ban as there are thousands and thousands of references to this.

Of course to some people that sentence means I am saying that only Lefties were banned all the time and Conservatives never were at all ever.

Realistically it appears, according to Musk, that the algorithms banned both sides of the issue, but Conservative posts more.

Another thing to think about in regards to posting on Twitter and having material removed often times is when the information is blatantly false. No matter what your political affiliation is.

An example would be when you posted that Congress changed tax law:

This would probably be removed on Twitter, because it never happened. The thing is Twitter won't explain that to you, the post will just be removed, and if you continue to believe the lie (I know you didn't realize at the time), you will be upset not only about an event that never happened, but also because Twitter is oppressing you.

I see this a lot, people post things that aren't true and get mad at Twitter instead of getting mad at the websites that lied to them. Many never corrected this by the way, so they are still lying to people about the law change.

Some differences between post removed and accounts locked

Violate the terms of the agreement enough and you get banned.

For instance the claim that partially vaccinated humans are classified as "unvaccinated" is a lie as thousands and thousands of medical files show.

Saying humans in the US do not need driver's license is not true, omitting the next paragraph in that legal structure is misleading.

Claiming the CDC is directing documents of humans "with" Covid to be classified as "FROM" Covid is a lie, which hundreds of thousands of death certificates now prove.

So theoretically if a Twitter user posted all of these things, then posted more tweets defending them, they might be banned. Which of course is Twitter's fault for banning that person, not the websites that lied to that person, or that person who posts anything they think is true.
