My opinion is someone who has done that to themselves is by definition mentally I’ll and should never be put into a position with any real authority.

I didn’t hire a customer service person once because of ridiculous tattoos. Honestly, you want me to let you represent the company who has entrusted me to hire the people who are often the first impression customers get of the company?
