Best is what is easiest for you. I tried it with the long spoons,wound up with a plasma leak right butween the Eyes.. I just haul the wheel and the new tire, tube,rim liner, and have someone else do it. Or buy stuff from them, any or all.

Thanks Justin i am just looking for help finding the great site i found here.it was many pages with many photos providing great info on how to change a rear tire .is it still available? i tried everything to find it with out success. i have not been on this site for a while and might not be up to date regarding changes or deletions .any info would be appreciated .

I'm not one of them. I've seen some good ideas, there is a way to use zip ties, Have you searched YouTube? Tons of problem solving genius to be found there and motorcycle tire changes has to a topic.
