Brake master cylinder bore size? (Read 64 times)

runrun Junior Member Offline Thump thump Posts: 77 Erie, CO	Brake master cylinder bore size? 02/16/23 at 08:36:18 Checked the Offbeat Measurements lists and found just about everything except the bore diameter for a 2002's master cylinder. Anyone know that? Am upgrading the stock brake/clutch levers and presume that I'll need to match the stock master's bore size.

Reply #3 - 02/22/23 at 11:33:44 I know I've seen it listed somewhere but did a search and didn't find it again. Pretty sure it's a common size. I would look for the replacement master, then check for a rebuild kit or replacement seals to see if they're the same size.

Bore 12.700-12.743 mm Front m/c piston 12.657-12.684 mm This m/c is same part # with the VS800 Specs from Suzuki service manual (dealer manual)
