So since somebody else lied, I can lie. How is that an effective way to show truth?

If you were interested in truth, you wouldn't accept lies as evidence in one situation, but not another.

That still doesn't impact the relevance of 6th Amendment violations, which are claimed here, without even looking at their own evidence.

Evidence from a non-government source indicates every single one has a waiver, new evidence presented, unopposed extensions, or flat out requests from the defendant to extend.

Also the source omits things like being incarcerated/at trial under 70-days. They freely mix sentencing with trial waiting times. That's not misleading at all.

Natural immunity did die off. Humans aren't "immune" if they can still get the disease. This is no different than your questioning of asymptomatic humans, you can act like asymptomatic are immune to the disease, but that won't make it true. Your lack of understanding is not my dishonesty.

Nice try. As documented on this forum I worked to create the dual counting system in CO because the "numbers" of dead from Covid was being calculated poorly. When the "numbers" presented here are claiming over 8 MILLION children died in 2021 from the vaccine, and repeatedly defended, of course I will question that.

You continue to ignore this. Why would I work to change the system if the system was correct? Why would I have thousands and thousands removed from the count if they were correct? The only answer is to ignore that and instead do things like question why people that died before the vaccine was invented are not calculated as vaccine deaths.

These documents, using a non-government forum member provided source shows legal documentation for the tolling of Speedy Trial Act procedures.

The challenges to this so far are to complain about vaccines, or money.

I can not find a single human US Citizen that actually was held over 70 days (not claimed on Twitter, but actually really happened) that does not have documentation in US Courts. Almost all of them are unopposed or requested by the defendant.

After looking through the documents provided here has anyone spotted any inconsistencies? Specifically in these documents, not inconsistencies in every other thing in the world except this topic.

I never claimed they did. I described the changes proposed for CO and then they happened in CO. My question is if the counts were correct, why would I work to have them changed in CO? In Colorado. Why would I work in Colorado to change the counts in Colorado, if the counts in Colorado are incorrect in Colorado?

Is that more clear? I am asking why, if you say I agreed with "numbers", would I work to change "numbers", in Colorado? The location is not pertinent, the point is I didn't agree with the initial CDC methods but the inability for some to have an adult conversation prohibits them from acknowledging that. So instead they make up nonsense in their heads like I am saying or implying the vaccine is safe and effective. To which I never said, or implied. I very specifically posted the batch numbers that I considered unsafe. Unsafe and ineffective. But as long as people won't read it, then it is not "observed" thus not part of their Observed Reality.

Feel free to explain any discrepancies in these court filings for Jan 6th human US Citizens that are claimed to be violations of their 6th Amendment rights. Why anyone is ok being lied to about that I do not know.
