The site used to display instant highlighted suggestions for common mispellings. This was useful, but I suspect it came from my use of the Google Chrome browser rather than from the site.

Firefox doesn't seem to offer this site a automatic spell checking service.

We need something to keep things from getting all skinko'd up around here.

I find more and more gibberish is making it into my own posts ...... I need a spell check function.

Reply #5 - 03/21/23 at 10:23:37 I'm using Firefox 111 on Windows 10 and it does automagic spell checking. I know this is true because automagic gets the red squiggles under it like it's supposed to. Go to Settings -> General -> Language and make the box that says "Check your spelling as you type" is checked.
