Driving a public road, while under the influence of  (x %) of Alcohol, you get punished.

Driving a public road, while under the influence of  marijuana, absolutely NO way to discover impairment.
Even a blood test, which will say marijuana is present, there is no amount where it is considered, impairment.

   Why?

I believe, marijuana, being legal in a State, while not being legal in Federal law.
            Is a back door Gun Control.

In a marijuana legal State, buy marijuana all you want, just have to show, (and the dispensary RECORDS) your ID/DL.
Now you buy a Gun, and fill out the Federal form, where it says, ‘do you use marijuana’, if you say no, you are Lying, if you say yes, you are denied.
As soon as that States Dispensary  communicates with the Federal government. (or the government requires it)

The ANTI GUN,  ‘Pudden Head’, can issue the ‘order’ to ‘remove those EVIL things !

Not gonna happen tomorrow,
