The length was increased 4' (10cm), and i didnt have to extend the front break line. (it was calculated promise ) I've also removed the front fender, belt plate and the chrome top on the engine head.

My forks are only slightly longer than yours and there was noticeable flex and twist just rolling it around during the build process before I put the fender on. That is why they quit selling slugs for fork extensions in the early 70's. The flexing stresses the slugs where they thread into the original fork tubes and they eventually crack or break entirely. Keep an eye on yours for signs of cracking.

Looks like we had similar ideas though. Nice looking start on yours.

I've used high grade stainless steel and made them solid pieces. So far i've not noticed anything. Already put 300 miles on them this weekend. But i'll keep an eye out for any sign of wear. Thanks Gonna send the extensions to get chromed in the winter.

I've removed alot of the electrical, saving only the bare minimum for that naked look, and to drive safely and get approved for the road. One of the switches are turn signal and the other is for the horn.

I Cad design it and cnc machined it from standard aluminium. The idea is to polish it or chrome it later this winter.

What do you guys think of it

Yes i'll change the screw to something nicer!

I do appreciate zevenenergie's thoughts on the switches to keep the water out. How much of a reach is it to the horn button? Seems remote from the grip, but it could just be the perspective of the picture.
