I didn't read that anywhere.

What I read is the Pentagon will not provide assistance to any production that will voluntarily alter their film to meet Chinese film censorship standards. 100% of this is voluntary, there is no mandate of any kind on any film producer from any source.

"DOD will no longer work with directors if their movie will be censored by Beijing."
