strange sound starter solenoid.

Hi guys, I'm rebuilding my bike from this:
To this:
And I,m almost done.
I moved the starter solinoid a bit because I'm going to put a different rear fender on it.
While checking whether I had electrically connected everything properly, I noticed when starting...
that the solinoid is activated but it produces a rattling sound.
And it won,t start the engine.
It did well before. And everything else works as it should.
Can someone help me out?

The wiring diagram doesn't show that the solenoid has to be grounded at the mounting base - but the original location had it bolted in a way that it was grounded.
Does your new location have the base bolted to a good ground?
Check that the clutch and sidestand safety switches are working properly. You can unplug the connectors and run a jumper wire to bypass the safety switches to test their function.

I just added a temporary ground wire to see if that solved the problem. But it makes no difference.
I'm now charging the battery to see if the battery is full enough to give the magnet enough power.
It is a new battery but I had left the ignition on a wile ago and the ignition coil got hot and it may have drained the battery.
The side stand and cluchswitches are in optimal condion and work as is should.Te decompresion solinoid works also properly.
Edit:
Yes, That was the problem. The battery was low. I don,t know exacty how that couses the problem but it dit.
Tanks for your help Dave.
