Starting Cranking Problem

Need some help pinpointing the issue here. Can you please watch and listen to the video and give me some thoughts and where to start. Supposedly, the guy installed a new battery and starter solenoid relay. Is this the sound of the starter failing?

Note: this isn't me in the video (please try to ignore the wonky throttle action while trying to crank it).

sorry can't ignore it, leave the throttle alone, it's not a pumper carb and it won't do anything and it opens the carb killing the vacuum and it won't draw enough gas to start.

when you hear the clicks that means the battery is discharged to the point it won't even hold the starter relay closed.

take 2 charge the battery and call me in the morning.

It hurts me to watch the throttle action. I was starting to think battery when I saw the headlight fade at the end. I just couldn't tell if that was the typically clicking sound. Appreciate the reply!
