I did head plug seal over weekend and back to putting solenoid on for decomp system and I can't hook the lever cable into the actuator spring/ bolt. It looks like the actuator bolt is out further and spring slides up and down bolt. How did this happen ? I unhooked it to gian access to bolt for head cover. How do I fix this? the actuator doesnt move up or down and won't slide in. I'm thinking when I removed bolt number L16 it allowed actuator to get loose? Do I have to removed head cover again to fix?? I would post pics but can't figure out how. Any help advice would be much appreciated.Also I had engine in Tdc when removed head cover and the manual call it the decomp actuator shaft if that helps.Thanks. Also to be clear I didn't remove actuator shaft just decomp / bracket and cable not the actuator that's under spring tension.

Dude thanks so much for quick response was hoping it was simple ...thought I might have had to remove cover again  to get to it. The manual is pretty vague on subject.
