TX man attempts to induce abortion

So if the human mother attempted to abort her fetus in TX she could face up to 20 years in prison according to statements by some TX DA's. But since it was the husband that attempted to induce abortion, its 180 days in jail?

Just curious, why did you say human mother? Is there another kind?

There are other species that are mothers, but in this regard, on this forum, my software will often times automatically add "human" when it assesses I am talking about homo-sapiens. It's a feature to create a data set to assist in calculating probabilities of nitpicking and semantic arguments, which is common here.
