Again, "…emergency use authorization…”, is not full approval.
“… The FDA granted full approval to the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for people 16 years of age and older on Aug. 23, 2021. The decision was based on additional data from the phase 3 clinical trials, in which more than half of participants were followed for at least four months after receiving a second dose, and a review of safety surveillance and manufacturing data, including inspections of production facilities. After a similar review, the agency fully approved the Moderna vaccine for people 18 years of age and older on Jan. 31, 2022. Yet none of this was enough for the vaccine to win official FDA approval. ..."
"... What it got instead was a more limited emergency use authorization….”
“… So the agency uses an alternative evaluation process that’s designed to vet things more quickly than the usual FDA approval regimen. If a drug or vaccine passes muster, it’s granted an emergency use authorization, or EUA. …”
Again, …”emergency use authorization…”, is not full approval.
“…The Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) authority allows FDA to help strengthen the nation’s public health protections against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats including infectious diseases, by facilitating the availability and use of medical countermeasures (MCMs) needed during public health emergencies …”
“… On May 9, 2023, HHS Secretary Becerra signed the 11th amendment to the declaration under the PREP Act for COVID-19 Medical Countermeasures. The Secretary issued this amendment to clarify that COVID-19 continues to pose a credible risk of a future public health emergency, add two new limitations on distribution, extend the time period of coverage for certain Covered Countermeasures and Covered Persons, clarify the time period of coverage for Covered Persons authorized under the Declaration, and extend the duration of the Declaration to December 31, 2024. …”
Why several different dated listed ? (Many more than two)
Why was the, EMERGENCY, authorization part, in many cases, forgot or not declared in many instances ?
“… For Immediate Release: August 23, 2021. Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine …”
“… Dec. 11, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized the first COVID-19 vaccine for use in the country. The emergency use authorization means that doses of the vaccine—made by Pfizer/BioNTech …”
Another question. Date the Vaccinations were fully OFF the experimental list. (The word, Authorization/Approved’, used in most reports, forgot, it means, emergency use authorization) Date the government/companies. REQUIRED employees to be Vaccinated
“… A company develops a policy under which vaccinated employees may go mask-less but unvaccinated workers must continue to cover their faces. That puts employers in the position of policing the workplace and asking employees to divulge potentially confidential information. …,” Who was it that dived a population of people, into some had to wear a Yellow ‘Badge’, and some did not have to ?
One little part of the law: “…This publication addresses a wide range of COVID-19 issues arising under the federal EEO laws. This includes disability-related inquiries and medical examinations, confidentiality, reasonable accommodation based on disability, harassment, and vaccinations (including reasonable accommodation based on disability or religious beliefs). It also addresses how the definition of disability may apply to COVID-19 and Long COVID….”
(Wonder what would happen if an employer, today, said; “you MUST have white skin and MUST be of Eastern/Europe decent” ?)
All the reports, ALL. Conflicting information. And coverups. And purposeful, LYING, (By OMISSION of FACTS).
The veil is slowly coming off.
