No POTUS HAS to use a FDS coverup called 'official terminology'.

It is completely their choice.

I never said any POTUS "HAS" to do that. They "should" and only the word "should" with the exemption of all other known words, including all known synonymous words to the word "should, in exclusivity, in any language, "should" use the current terminology.

When a human chooses to work in a job that uses specific terminology in their organization, they "should" use the current terms, if anything just for consistency in legal proceedings.

It will hurt feelings, but business is business.
