Patent 771502 Suzukisavage head
04/04/24 at 02:10:18
The photo was taken by drag bike mike and I borrowed it (I'm not giving it back)
I looked up patentnummer 771502 on:
THE JAPAN PLATFORM OF PATENT INFORMATION
https://www.j-platpat.inpit.go.jp/s0100
And found the patent here:
https://www.j-platpat.inpit.go.jp/c1801/PU/JP-S45-020387/10/en
I had hoped that they would explain why the exhaust port is so strangely shaped, but I don't find that. The patent seems to be more about how the cinder head is machined.
You can klick on the patend number
JP49-023481,B(1974)
and find all the info yourself.
There is an English translation of the text and a PDF with drawings.
This is a direkt link to the englisch text of the patent( it is to big to place it here)

In any case, it is not the intention to put this page on the website in Japanese, as that would cause confusion in the intermediate positions of the general consensus. Furthermore, flux from the capacitor against the front plate of the cardiac corolator is not parallel fictitious. In my opinion, this urgency should be further taken into consideration for the agency's path-clearing. The data at the time of the application were fully consistent with the current data. The disappointment was mainly due to the hydrocapacity of the vessel at the time the data vessel was rolled out.

I suspect that the number on the cylinder head is a pattern number, not a "patent number". It identifies the pattern used for casting the head. Just a guess. Only da Shadow knows.

I stand corrected. It has something to do with improved combustion on a 4-valve head. Possibly the Twin Swirl Combustion Chamber (TSCC).
