I’m adding the Dyna muffler over the next few days. For carb tuning, I’m going to start at:
Pilot: #32 (no change, but I may have to adjust the mix screw a tad)
Main: #130
E-Clip on Needle: move from the 2nd groove to 3rd groove (middle)
Give this a shot. After having the e-clip in the 2nd groove for about 300 miles, it seemed a tad lean in the midrange and the spark plug suggested lean or ‘just right’. It’s not going to hurt moving it back down a groove and bumping up the main 1 size from #128 to #130. (I know, I know…one change at a time, BUT this is how I roll. I think I have enough info to make this dual change with the Dyna.)
Still using the UNI filter, but to make you happy DBM, I put the stock panel air filter in the airbox so the breather tube can’t suck in dirty air.

And I rewired the tach like you recommended! I definitely feel better about that. Thanks for all your help DBM!!
