Headlight rattle (Read 30 times)

Odysseus YaBB Newbies Offline SuzukiSavage.com Rocks! Posts: 48	Headlight rattle 09/11/24 at 11:10:40 Hi, folks, got a headlight rattle that's been bothering me in my 05 s40. I can hear it rattle against the plastic {gasp} case. Anyone have a fix for this issue? I checked and everything looks tight in there. Thanks.

Posts: 48	Re: Headlight rattle Reply #3 - 09/15/24 at 15:10:32 Fyi in case anyone else has this issue: I cut strips of rubber foam as in the thread and put them on the back inside of the light. Tried it, and it still had a slight clicking so I actually cut a small piece and placed it over the catch on the top of the light. Perfect. No more noise.
