When I was very little I remember seeing a brightly colored illustration, in a book, of a tree lined lane, with a people walking, showing them back to infinity.
At the head of the line was a person leading them. With a pointy cap, pointy shoes, and playing the flute.
Later when I could read,
‘Pied Piper’, was the description of that person.
TV commercial.
A man listing to a record in a store, sees this group walk down the street, takes off his headphones, and, (Zombie Like) joins the group.
Then a Woman, painting, puts down her brush and does the same thing.
Then a man, working on a car with his ‘son ?’, sets down his tool, and in the same, (Zombie Walk) joins the group.
All following in the rolling group of the,
‘Pied Piper’, type group.
Every time I see that I think of that old illustration in that old book.
AND, the people that say they are voting for a Cackler without a Brain.
