I am not in favor of blanket pardons for everyone arrested, tried, and convicted for the protest that got out of control on January 6. I do not know the details of every case but I suspect there are a few individuals convicted of violence against a police officer. But mini were completely and unfairly targeted such as 42 months, including no bail and solitary confinement for a period of time for the guy wearing the Horn hat is beyond excessive.

And it’s somewhat laughable when you guys pretend to be all upset about these pardons when 1) Biden issued blanket pardons to his crime family members, and 2) this administration routinely allowed conditions to exist where violent individuals crossed the border numerous times and perpetrated crimes on innocent US citizens.

So basically, while I suspect some people are getting out who probably deserve more jail time, on the whole, I’m in favor of the pardons so the rest of you can just STFU.
