The problem with leftards is they are confused about what Diversity is.
There's nothing wrong with diversity. As long as qualifications requirements are not changed. Giving someone a job just because no ( insert your desired recipient of the job  type weirdo) has ever had this job. Now, bask in your moral superiority of making sure some underrepresented group now has a high profile, high paying job, as the people paying for it suffer because of their ineptitude and corruption.
Denying the position to qualified people is wrong. Giving the position to the Unqualified is wrong and stupid.
