The Gift is to America. Trump will USE it. When he eventually surrenders his throne and goes back to his life, he's not taking it with him.

Except they said "with the provision that it be transferred to the Presidential library, and not to be used by subsequent Presidents"

So maybe the WH should clarify, in writing, that the provision stated is not what they are going to do so we aren't just making that part up.

I believe this has crossed a serious line. When posts start to contain suggestions or insinuations about the death of a sitting or former president, even indirectly, we are no longer talking about political disagreement, but about extremism.

It's not just inappropriate; it's potentially dangerous and, at the very least, a sign of highly disturbed thinking. I strongly urge the moderators to take this seriously, not only for the tone of the forum, but for the safety and legal implications of allowing such rhetoric to go unchecked.

Do what you know is right. (you can always use fear as a counselor later)

It is a direct transfer to Trump at midnight of the final day of his term. The US taxpayer will not see the use of the aircraft towards another POTUS after that date and time. This is why the budget allocation indicates AF 28000 and 29000 (VC-25) would both still be maintained to fully operational status.
