 No.  The consequence of giving aid to Hamas is the expediting of more dead Israelis because Hamas is specifically stating it will continue to attempt to eradicate all of Israel.  

 Sympathize all day long, but any action besides further protecting humans from being killed by other humans who state categorically they will kill when the option presents itself makes no sense.  We put people like that in prison, when we can.  We don't give them food and freedom to go kill again.
