 I think it is plausible that Bondi had Epstein information on her desk, but was not fully aware of its contents.  I mean how many people working in Washington have said things that aren't true, or that they simply don't know what they are talking about?  A few right?  I think it's happened before.

 So when asked on the spot what the deal was, she said what she did.

 I also have no idea, nor do I have any way to find out, so my guess is 50% accurate.  This is because I don't believe my personal Observations have anything to do with the accuracy of other information.  

I think the most likely explanation is when Bondi said it was on her desk, she really did mean the files were on her desk, but she hadn’t read it yet.

However after getting to her desk, reading it, and realizing there was no client list, I feel like she should’ve immediately put out some kind of notice that there is no list of names. The fact that she didn’t to me is either a sign of being so deep in the DC bubble, that she didn’t grasp the significance that there is no client list……or there is some type of client list and there are names on it that are problematic, if made public.

I’m honestly not sure which one it is.

I’ve never understood how his assistant, that woman whose name I can’t remember, got sentenced to jail time for arranging underage sex yet somehow none of the actual men involved were named or prosecuted. How does that happen? How do you prosecute someone for arranging an illegal sex exchange with an underage minor, when the legally aged person is not identified?  If you’re the defendant, don’t you just say “show me who the man is that you are alleging I made these arrangements.”
