"Voice Over: There must be more to life than having everything." "Donald: Yes, there is, but I won't tell you what it is." "Jeffrey: Nor will I, since I also know what it is." "Donald: We have certain things in common, Jeffrey." "Jeffrey: Yes, we do, come to think of it." "Donald: Enigmas never age, have you noticed that?" "Jeffrey: As a matter of fact, it was clear to me the last time I saw you." “Donald: A pal is a wonderful thing — Happy Birthday and may everyday be another wonderful secret.” Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was born on January 20, 1953. On January 20, 2003, he turned 50. On the occasion of his half-century birthday, his accomplice in pedophilia, Ghislaine Maxwell, solicited birthday cards and letters from his closest friends, compiled them into a leather-bound album, and presented it to Epstein. At the time, Donald Trump was Epstein’s best friend. The above exchange between “Donald and Jeffrey” is part of the birthday letter Trump wrote to Epstein for Maxwell’s leather-bound birthday album. New York Magazine published an article on October 28, 2002 (just three months prior to Epstein’s 50th birthday) entitled "Jeffrey Epstein: International Moneyman of Mystery." In that article Trump said: “I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life." New York Magazine kept the tape of their telephone interview with Trump. Trump had bought Mar-a-Lago in 1985. A mile away down South Ocean Boulevard sat Epstein’s mansion that he bought in 1990. The two men met at a Mar-a-Lago party in the late Eighties and were friends until they had a falling out in 2004 over a bidding war for Maison de L'Amitié, a Palm Beach estate that was in bankruptcy. The leather-bound compilation of birthday letters also contains a letter from Alan Dershowitz, one of the attorneys who represented Epstein in the 2008 sweetheart deal that followed Epstein being arrested on child sex charges in 2005. Prior to publishing the story about the leather-bound birthday album last night, the Wall Street Journal contacted Dershowitz for comment. Dershowitz did not deny writing the letter attributed to him. He simply said he didn’t remember the content of a letter written so long ago. The Wall Street Journal also contacted the Justice Department and asked if the birthday album was part of the Epstein files they had recently reviewed. The Justice Department refused to comment. The FBI was asked the same question by the Wall Street Journal. The FBI declined to comment. Feeling the pressure, Trump — at 9:00 pm last night — asked AG Pam Bondi to release select portions of the grand jury testimony from the 2019 Epstein case, with the court’s consent. This is a farce, and he knows it. There are federal rules that prohibit the release of grand jury testimony — Trump is trying to make it appear that he wants to release information, but it is only carefully picked information and he knows the court will never allow it anyway. If Trump didn’t participate in pedophilia with Epstein and Maxwell back before 2004, then he has nothing to hide — he should release the files. ============= Photo: Trump with Ghislaine Maxwell =============
