Headlight glass removal ?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to remove the glass on our headlights ?? I took mine apart tonight but not sure if it has been glued from factory or what ?? And when I tried prying it apart it didn’t seem to wanna budge even after lifting the little tabs lol

The reason I ask is I’m thinking of adding a blue led light around the edge of the factory light side and then add a really bright LED bulb.

They are not supposed to be taken apart (which doesn't mean you cannot separate them if you are very creative).

Reply #2 - 07/20/25 at 05:20:27 Ya I have heard of guys putting car lights and such in the oven to heat em up, or just using a heat gun to help separate them. What type of sealant would be used to reglue them afterwards ? 🤔 like car seam sealant maybe ?
