Was it smart for the majority of news outlets to ignore or at the very least downplay an obviously significantly diminished Biden?

Ultimately,….no because it may have cost them (and by them I mean the team of media and Democrats) the election although it’s likely Trump would have won over Biden or even if Harris had been President for a couple months after Biden resigned.

The point is you can’t say anything about Trump’s health. You’ve made it clear the health of The President isn’t open for discussion. If Trump’s public appearances drop off, if he rarely has cabinet meetings, if he stops doing these hour long, off-the-cuff press conferences, you can’t say a word.
